About

Sara Witzler, MA, LPCC-S is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervisory designation. She earned her Masters of Arts in Counseling at Northwestern University. Sara felt called to Northwestern’s psychodynamic psychotherapy focused program after 18 years experience with child development and education. Her therapeutic work focuses on themes of attachment, development, and relationship which can all be involved in forms of Complex Trauma. Below are the therapy models that Sara has been certified or intensively trained in, and that she utilizes with her clients. Sara is a part of The Attunement Cooperative, which is made up of mental health professionals who are committed to excellence in the field and the natural capacity humans have to thrive.
